# Przegląd Dostępności: method summary

> An editorial review of the digital accessibility of Polish services covered by the European Accessibility Act. Aggregate data is public; individual results are private.

## What the review is

The review examines public views of services (the same set for the whole sample, on desktop and mobile), documents findings with evidence and publishes sector-level aggregate data. Companies can request their private scorecard free of charge.

## What the review is not

The review is not an expert audit, a legal opinion, a certification or a statement of compliance or non-compliance. It does not include assistive-technology testing or full purchase paths. Results describe the tested scope on the test date.

## Benefit of the doubt

Findings that cannot be unambiguously confirmed within the review are marked as requiring verification and resolved in favour of the reviewed company. They are not counted in results. Published figures show a confirmed state, not a complete one; the real scale of barriers may be higher.

## Human verification

Every scorecard delivered to a company and every result included in a report is verified by a human.

## Company communication

Before any aggregate publication, each examined company can receive its private scorecard and has 5 working days to comment. The editorial team responds within a further 5 working days. Disputed findings are put on hold until resolved. No response has no consequences and never causes publication of a company name or result.

## Editorial independence

Commercial status with European Accessibility Center has no influence on rule selection, interpretation or published findings. The service business runs separately at https://eacenter.eu/; editorial contact is not used for marketing or sales.
